The green robot is already 11 years old. During this time, the development for Android has overgrown with many tools and approaches.
Now, Google offers LiveData and Coroutines as the new data transfer standard. What is the advantage of the new tools? Do I need to translate old projects? What about reliability?
I’ll talk about why Android reinvents data transfer and why we should use it necessarily.
