An exercise in the form of a master class will show how probabilities influence the software development process. We’ll hold discussion on the topic: “what is systemic and non-systemic deviations”. We learn why it is not right to assign performance awards for the previous period. We show increase system performance by ~ 1.5 times, discovering the limitation in the system.
