Discuss the presentation

When your technical team grows from 10 to 150 people over 3 years, it is very difficult to ensure its stability, observability, controllability and efficiency throughout this path. Micromanagement does not work in this situation. But the set of certain principles and rules works can be useful. New employees must follow these principles and rules to be effective in our organisation. In my report, I will talk about what information we are accumulating into our knowledge base, how it is keeping up to date and how I use it to solve hr issues. Also I will tell some story about integration between Confluence and graph database (Neo4j) for analysis and visualization in the context of teams, employees, products, projects, open positions and assistance in making hr decisions.
