It is a valuable capability of the organization to execute small (in terms of scope or/and budget) projects. My presentation describes key practices related to team build up, establishing development process and customer communication which we used during last 4 years in 40 successful (and not) small projects. All of them are KISS (Keep It Simple & Straightforward) and despite their simplicity may be interesting for experienced project managers as well as team leaders who like dynamic and agile organization of work.
