A study of the stability of branching of evolutionary trees in the analysis of the symbolic genetic sequences of densoviruses
- Open Source
- Software Testing
I will present my experience in bioinformatics in the field of genetics, based on 30 years of work and more than 30 successful scientific and applied projects on computer comparison of symbolic genetic sequences of proteins and DNA. I think that students will be able to take advantage of this experience in their daily work on writing software packages for medical and veterinary genetics.

Geneticist, virologist, microbiologist, evolutionist, specialist in the field of bioinformatics. I use bioinformatics as one of the main approaches to the study. A direct participant in the development of bioinformatics in the USSR and the Russian Federation since 1979.
I am the author of about 300 scientific papers, more than 60 scientific articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals in Russian and English, and peer-reviewed scientific collections of articles, a number of book chapters.
I make from 1 to 8 reports a year in scientific institutions of Russia and other countries at conferences and individual seminars. Opened a series of conferences or made a final report. Including made a number of reports at the ongoing conference “Mathematical Biology and Bioinformatics”. Associate Professor at the Pushchino Institute of Natural Sciences, I have been lecturing since 1994. Since 1988, I have been cooperating with the Moscow State University branch in Pushchino and the Biological Faculty of Moscow State University on the Lenin Hills, hourly I read individual lecture courses and separate lectures for students, graduate students and teachers.
